Refund and return policy
- Products in Final Sale or Clearance do not qualify in any situation for return or exchange for another product or refund.
- For returns or exchanges you will have up to 15 days from the day of delivery of your purchase.
- In order for an item to be accepted for return or refund, it must NOT present any type of trace of use, trace of washing, stain, smell, etc. and must have its label intact as it originally had at the time of purchase. Otherwise refund or return won’t be accepted.
- In case a refund is approved the money will go back to the same payment method that was used for the purchase.
